avocado
Avocado leaves, fruit, and pits contain persin. It is highly toxic to birds and some grazing animals, where it can damage the heart; most cats and dogs that eat avocado only get mild vomiting or diarrhea, but the pit can cause an intestinal blockage and the high fat content can trigger pancreatitis, so it is still best not to feed it.
Other common names: avocado meal, avocado oil, 酪梨, 牛油果, アボカド
