corn gluten meal
Corn gluten meal is a concentrated plant protein from corn processing, often used to raise the protein content of pet food. Its amino acid profile is less complete than animal protein, and since cats are obligate carnivores, their main protein should ideally come from animal sources. Some individuals may be allergic to corn.
Other common names: corn gluten, 玉米蛋白粉, コーングルテンミール
